It's important to note that we do not use all the abovementioned  information for any other purpose than providing the service to the user and we will not share this information with any third party outside of the domain of detrics.io, unless required by law or for the purpose of providing our service.

  • to identify user
  • to create account
  • to stay connected
  • to contact user

  • to perform write operations on Google Sheets

We will collect personal information from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate business interests, always according to this Policy.

3. HANDLING OF GOOGLE ADS, FACEBOOK ADS, GOOGLE ANALYTICS DATA AND LINKEDIN ADS.

We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our users and their data. We recognize the sensitive nature of the data obtained through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics (both Universal and v4), which is why we have implemented strict policies and procedures to ensure its safe handling.

Firstly, it's crucial to clarify that we do not store any data from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Google Analytics on our servers. Instead, our process involves accessing the data in an ephemeral manner and immediately writing it to Google Sheets. This approach allows us to deliver valuable insights to our users without compromising their privacy.

By "ephemeral", we mean that the data is transient and is not permanently stored in our system. In the course of our operations, the data from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics temporarily exists in a Node JS thread during the transit between fetching the data from the APIs and writing it into Google Sheets. This means the data is only held in memory for a short period necessary to complete these operations, and is not written to a permanent storage system on our end.

When a user connects their Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Google Analytics account to our application, we only request the necessary permissions to access the data required for our service. We strictly use that data for the purpose of providing the service to the user.

4. HANDLING OF GOOGLE SHEETS DATA

When you use our application, we only perform written operations on the spreadsheets you are currently using. We don't perform read operations on your spreadsheets, therefore we don't store any data of your spreadsheets on our servers.

5. GOOGLE API USER DATA POLICY

Detric's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to  Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.
