Data Retention
Detrics caches processed data temporarily with periodic invalidation based on data source design. Caches may last from minutes to longer periods with user permission. Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely for scheduled background data retrieval. We only retain the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services efficiently.
Website & Payment Security
All Detrics services use TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption by default. HTTP connections redirect automatically to HTTPS to ensure all communications are secure. Our payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers who maintain the highest security standards and are PCI-DSS compliant.
Data Connectors
APIs and connections to destinations like Google Sheets and Looker Studio use SSL encryption by default. All data transfers between platforms are encrypted in transit, ensuring your marketing and business data remains protected throughout the entire data pipeline.
Permissions
OAuth tokens grant read-only access to data sources. Users can revoke tokens from Detrics or original service portals at any time. We only request the minimum required permissions needed to fetch and sync your data. You maintain full control over what data we can access and can revoke permissions at any time.
Infrastructure & Safeguards
We implement industry best practices with firewalls and authentication. Google Cloud Platform serves as our infrastructure provider, maintaining SOC 1/2-3, PCI-DSS, and ISO27001 compliance. Our infrastructure is designed with multiple layers of security to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Company Policies
All employees are required to maintain data security. Two-factor authentication, VPN, and strict password controls govern administrative access. Annual security training is mandatory for all team members. Detrics is a GDPR-compliant organization committed to protecting your data privacy rights.
