To implement it we had to tell our analysts to install it in their spreadsheet and start automating the data imports they did manually. The customer support is via live chat open 40 hours a week. They have simple connections to every platform with some clicks. You grant access via OAuth screens and there you go. I think some key systems are missing like HubSpot but I've hear they are always expanding their menu The problem was data errors, dashboard errors, and time consuming tedious tasks.

While I understand the idea behind it, it feels a bit forced — especially when the tool is already paid for. It would be better if the platform offered full functionality without requiring that kind of action. Detrics helps us retrieve advertising data from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and connect it to Looker Studio. It simplifies the process and saves us a lot of time by automating data collection and making reporting much more seamless and reliable.

I've been using Detrics for two years now, and here’s what I can point to: - The quality is excellent—my queries and automations work reliably, and I can create robust dashboards in Google Sheets. - Their customer support is commendable—they respond within one day and always provide a solution. We started as freemium users and upgraded over time.
