viva! Digital Strategy & Conversion is a digital marketing agency based in Valencia, Spain, offering PPC, SEO, Growth, Automation, Web Development, and Marketplaces services. With 56 employees and between 70 and 80 ad accounts, they work with companies looking for a quality leap and a business-level perspective, not just technical expertise.

The Challenge: Technical Limitations and a Restrictive Pricing Model

Before Detrics, viva! used Power My Analytics to manage their clients’ data. However, the platform had multiple issues that affected the agency’s daily operations.

Long queries required splitting information into multiple requests, turning simple tasks into complex processes. Support took days to respond, and solutions often didn’t solve the problems. Additionally, the pricing model charged extra for each account exceeding the 100-account limit.

When we wanted to run very long data queries, Power My Analytics asked us to split the information. For some simple queries, but pulling data from the last two or three years, we had to split into four or five parts. That turned quick, simple tasks into more complex ones.

The pricing model also created friction. When exceeding 100 Analytics or GA4 accounts, the platform automatically charged extra for each additional account, limiting the agency’s growth.
