We were born inside an agency, solving our own problems.

Detrics was founded in November 2023 because we lived the problem every day. As founders passionate about building technology that solves real problems, we share office space with ABN Digital, our paid media and data analytics agency. We watched the team lose hours manually copying data, saw how human errors ruined reports, and witnessed how tools like Supermetrics consumed a huge portion of their budget. We knew there had to be a better way. So we decided to build it ourselves.

A team that understands both agencies and technology.

We're a group of founders who created ABN Digital, a paid media and data analytics agency, and Hike, a tracking and AI solution for marketing. This comprehensive experience in agencies, AdTech, and technology gave us a unique understanding of the technical and business challenges involved in building a solution like Detrics. Today, we're a 100% bootstrapped, founder-led, profitable, and sustainable company. Since launching in December 2023 with our first 1,000 users, we grew to 5,000 users by the end of 2024 and reached 20,000 in 2025. We process over 5TB of data monthly for more than 1,000 agencies across LATAM, working with brands like John Foos, Turismo City, Calm, ABN Digital, and Ukelele Growth Company.

Our advantage is simple: we know the problems because we share office space with an agency and work alongside users every day. We're not guessing what agencies need—we live it. That's why Detrics is designed specifically to solve the pain points of paid media and e-commerce agencies, with Spanish-language support and pricing up to 20x more affordable than traditional alternatives. We're not a generic tool adapted for agencies; we're a tool built from the ground up for agencies.

Empowering LATAM agencies with better tools.

We know there's an urgent need in LATAM for affordable and effective data management solutions. We believe that by solving this problem and freeing up agency budgets for other priorities, we're empowering the entire region. Over the next 5 years, we want to expand our data source coverage and data destinations to better serve the diverse needs of LATAM agencies. We'll also develop features to tackle agency-specific problems that industry giants don't address because they lack our agency focus. And of course, we'll integrate AI into our offering so agencies can do more with less.
